You get to know some useful facts for example how much work it means if you don´t buy hair or mohair thats allready ready for rooting, but to work on the raw material to the finished useable hair with it´s final colour.

I receive a lot of dolls that customers want me to redo or to repair. On the pictures they were looking beautiful and sold as high-grade reallife or collector dolls. I really don´t wanna talk bad about someone, but sometimes it´s really sad to see. Nobody is perfect but I think it doesn´t matter what you do, it should be done with heart and love and you should allways be honest to your customers.
